Who we are

Mojood builds WhatsApp ordering for industrial distributors. Contact: hello@askmojood.com.

What we process, and for whom

When a distributor uses Mojood, their customers' WhatsApp messages (text, photos, voice notes), phone numbers and business names pass through our service so we can find parts, prepare quotes and record orders in that distributor's system. For this data we act on the distributor's instructions, as their processor.

When you contact us directly, we keep your name, business and contact details to reply and to run any pilot we agree.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
• We don't use one distributor's prices, customers or chats for another distributor.
• We don't use WhatsApp messages to train general AI models.

Who else handles it

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers messages. Our hosting, database and AI-model providers process data only to run the service. For customers in Saudi Arabia we host personal data in the Kingdom or use the transfer safeguards the Personal Data Protection Law allows.

How long we keep it

Order and conversation records are kept while the distributor's account is active, then deleted or returned on request. Contact details from enquiries are deleted when they're no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. If you message a distributor that uses Mojood, write to that distributor or to us and we will route the request.
